Hailing from the vibrant landscapes of Colorado, I've always been the curious type with a knack for dismantling anything I could get my hands on. My childhood was all about cracking open the world to see what made it tick—imagine a bedroom filled with misc electronics, wires, the guts of vacuums, stereo's, clocks,  you name it, all meticulously taken apart by yours truly. I'd cook up theories about how things worked, dive in headfirst, and emerge with a mix of right guesses and hilarious misconceptions. Understanding the inner workings was just step one; naturally, the next challenge was making things better. My definition of "better" might have raised a few eyebrows, but hey, it was all part of the fun! The coolest part was plugging in the end result to "see what happens".

This passion for tinkering and tweaking didn't just stay boxed up. It propelled my entire career in IT, where that same burning curiosity to decipher and enhance was my driving force. Each job was a new puzzle to solve, a chance to apply my unique style of learning and see how far I could push the boundaries. Sure, I was picking up new skills and insights, but there was always this sense of a wilder, creative spirit waiting to break free from the conventional 9-to-5 mold.
